IFS extends deal with Coor Service Management

This new agreement, which became effective on 1 September, is for the delivery of workplace (soft FM) services at IFS's head office in Linköping, south of Stockholm, and its Gothenburg, Stockholm and Jönköping offices. This is a five-year deal, with estimated annualized sales of SEK 12 m.

IFS is a leading ERP systems vendor. Coor will be delivering a broad portfolio of support services to IFS including reception/hosting, response services, mail & freight, cleaning, waste management, office machines, office materials, hot and cold drinks and security.

This new deal is the extension of an existing contract, for five years with annualized sales of some SEK 12 m.
