Coor Service Management strengthens Board of Directors ahead of IPO
An Extraordinary General Meeting on 2 June elected Monica Lindstedt as a new ordinary member of Coor Service Management’s Board of Directors, conditional on the company’s listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.

An Extraordinary General Meeting on 2 June elected Monica Lindstedt as a new ordinary member of Coor Service Management’s Board of Directors, conditional on the company’s listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Monica Lindstedt was born in 1953 and holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Her previous experience includes consulting appointments and acting as CEO of a number of companies, mainly media-related. In 1996, Monica founded the household services company Hemfrid, where she is currently Chairman and main owner. Other directorships include Företagarna, Sveriges Television AB and UNICEF Sweden.
“I look forward to taking up my position on Coor Service Management’s Board, where my experience in the service industry can be useful,” commented Monica Lindstedt.
Monica Lindstedt replaces Brian Linden, who has represented main owner Cinven Ltd. Monica Lindstedt will take up her position in connection with the listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.
