Coor completes acquisition of West Facility Management
The 25th of May 2018, Coor announced that it had signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of West Facility Management AS. The acquisition has been approved by the Norwegian Competition Authority. The transaction has been completed as of today, 2 July 2018.
