Coor and ICA extend their collaboration

Coor has extended its IFM agreement with Swedish retailer ICA with five years. The contract starts on 1 November 2024 with a total value during the contract period of more than SEK 1 Bn, including estimated contract volumes.

ICA Gruppen AB is a leading retail company with a focus on food and health in Sweden and the Baltics. The IFM contract entails that Coor will continue to deliver property, workplace including cleaning, and security services to 20 of ICA’s warehouse and logistics facilities and offices around Sweden, in a partnership agreement.

“We’re delighted to receive ICA’s renewed confidence. What is particularly inspiring is that we have developed the contract together with ICA with a strong focus on partnership. The agreement is further confirming Coor’s Nordic market leadership”, commented AnnaCarin Grandin, President and CEO at Coor.
