Coor Service Management buys servicecompany AKP Karhula Oy
Coor Service Management, which provides business support services, has bought AKP Karhula Oy, which operates in the Karhula Business Park in the Kotka region. This acquisition strengthens Coor´s business significantly in Finland as AKP Karhula Oy's 103 employees will transfer to Coor. Coor´s turnover in Finland will grow up to 14 million euros.
AKP Karhula Oy has until now been owned by Ahlstrom Corporation, A. Ahlström Osakeyhtiö, Ahlstrom Glassfibre Oy, Sulzer Pumps Finland Oy and Sonoco-Alcore Oy. AKP provides factory maintenance, business support services and human resource services for Karhula Industry Park. The company offers services for over 25 companies that employ more than 2200 persons.

AKP´s selection of services is comprehensive as it includes design and maintenance of industrial buildings, security and ICT services, IP services, and financial administration services as well as health services. With the acquisition AKP´s business and all employees transfer to Coor Service Management.
