Coor Service Management grows in production service – acquires Sapa Industriservice and signs new service agreements
Coor Service Management is acquiring Sapa Industriservice. The move further strengthens Coor's expertise in production service, while also improving its geographical coverage and opening up access to an interesting client base. In connection with the corporate acquisition, Coor is signing extended agreements with Sapa Heat Transfer.
Sapa Industriservice offers a broad spectrum of industrial maintenance and facility management services in the Finspång and Skultuna industrial parks. The main part of the operation is run in Finspång and the clients are based in heavy and medium-heavy industry. Clients include Siemens, Luvata, SSAB and the Sapa companies. Sapa Industriservice had a turnover of around SEK 650 million in 2008 and has 350 employees, who will become part of Coor following the acquisition. In connection with the corporate acquisition, Coor and Sapa Heat Transfer will sign extended agreements.

The acquisition is subject to the approval of the Swedish Competition Authority.
