Coor Service Management signs agreement with StatoilHydro

Coor Service Management has signed a five-year agreement with StatoilHydro in Norway. The agreement involves Coor delivering and developing IFM (integrated facilities management) services at StatoilHydro's office in Harstad, Norway.

Coor will take on responsibility for IFM functions at StatoilHydro's office at Harstad, Norway from 1 May 2009 onwards. This contract includes operation and real estate maintenance services for area of 11,500 sq m, and a number of IFM services for StatoilHydro's 300 employees.

"We're delighted that StatoilHydro has appointed Coor as its long-term partner and provider of operational support FM services for its Harstad office," commented Freddy Eriksen, CEO of Coor Service Management in Norway, "we're taking on complete responsibility for running and developing FM services alongside StatoilHydro.

We hope this assignment will develop and cover more StatoilHydro facilities in the future." The services Coor will be developing and delivering include reception, staff restaurant, switchboard and security.

Coor's Norwegian operation has grown briskly in recent years, and had sales of some NOK 800 m in 2008. Major Norwegian accounts include Det Norske Veritas, Rom Eiendom, EDB, Telenor, Arcus, Skanska, Ericsson and SAS.
