Coor wins new order from Linköping City Airport – and broadens its field of activity

Linköping City Airport is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAAB AB and is run in close co-operation with the City of Linköping. Over 80,000 passengers a year pass through the central Swedish airport via commercial services. In addition to civil aviation, much of the operation is linked to the local aviation industry.

Under the agreement between Coor and Linköping City Airport, 35 people currently employed by the existing service provider will be offered employment at Coor. The agreement comes into effect on 29 March 2010.

In 2003 Coor began a collaboration with SAAB AB to deliver workplace and property-related service. Today the partnership encompasses several SAAB AB sites across Sweden.

Coor's assignment includes passenger and forwarding services, field service, ramp service, security control, aviation fuel service and airport rescue services. The aim is to develop cost-effective solutions, partly by drawing on synergies with other service operations within Coor.
