New agreement with Statoil in Sweden and Denmark
Coor Service Management (Coor) has signed a new agreement to develop and provide FM services at Statoil's offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Kalundborg (Denmark). This new agreement has a three-year term, with a two-year extension option.
Coor has been providing FM services at Statoil's office in Harstad, Norway, since 2009. The partnership is now being extended through a new agreement to run and deliver workplace and property services at Statoil offices in Stockholm (Sweden), Copenhagen and Kalundborg (Denmark). The FM services include property management, mail, reception, cleaning, relocation, staff restaurants and conference services.

The fact that Statoil has chosen Coor across Scandinavia means that we can develop more standardised levels of service, working methods and monitoring processes together, providing Statoil with effective and well-arranged FM operations," commented Mats Jönsson, President and CEO of Coor Service Management.
This new contract runs for three years and has an extension option of a maximum of two years. The agreement commences on 1 June 2010.
