Coor in new collaboration with Centeni to develop several major shopping malls in Stockholm

Coor Service Management (Coor) has signed a new agreement with property company Centeni. The agreement entails Coor managing Centeni's shopping mall properties in Stockholm, including Skärholmen Centrum, Västermalmsgallerian, Ringen and Fältöversten.

Centeni is a property company that owns a number of major shopping malls in Stockholm, including Skärholmen Centrum, Västermalmsgallerian, Ringen and Fältöversten. The agreement entails Coor assuming overall responsibility for providing and developing services in and around the malls' approximately 240 000 m2 as well as contributing to increasing tenant and visitor satisfaction. Coor's service provision includes energy optimization, property maintenance and janitorial and security services. The agreement runs from the 1st of October.

The collaboration implies that current staff with the corresponding responsibilities in the relevant properties will be offered employment with Coor Service Management.
