Coor enters agreement with VELUX Gruppen—new Danish account
Coor Service Management is becoming a service partner of Danish building materials company, VELUX Gruppen, and will be developing and delivering integrated facilities management, IFM, services. This agreement covers ten sites in Denmark.
The agreement has a six-year term and includes cleaning, restaurant, reception, mail management and property services. The agreement means that some 28 employees of VELUX Gruppen's Danish business and a number of subcontracting staff, will gain Coor as their new employer.
"We've decided to sign an IFM agreement with Coor because we want high quality standards for our support services at all our plants, and for all our staff. We also want to utilize synergies and economies of scale, so we achieve more cost-efficient support services," commented Peter Kragh Knudsen, VELUX Gruppen's Director of Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Facility Management.
