Coor relocating to a new, inspiring head office

Coor Service Management will be relocating to a new head office in Kista, Sweden, on 1 November 2013. Coor's new head office will be a contemporary, flexible concept office that accurately reflects the company's brand.

Coor possesses market-leading competence in activity-specific workspaces and space optimization, which will benefit the group when it relocates to a new head office on 1 November 2013. The objective is to create an inviting, contemporary, functional cost-efficient and flexible office.

"Previously, we utilized a model of the flexible office of the future in part, which we called Concept Office. We are now enhancing this concept and applying it full scale," commented Mats Jönsson, CEO and President of Coor Service Management.

The new head office is at Kista Entré (Knarrarnäsgatan 7), north of Stockholm. The property is owned by Vasakronan and is LEED certified. The office has space for some 260 people. Coor's brand and corporate imagery, as well as its sustainability ambitions were the obvious starting-point when designing the property.

"We'll be utilizing intelligent, long-term sustainable solutions, largely based on new technology and new materials. Our objective is for our own head office to serve as a source of inspiration for our customers," concluded Mr. Jönsson.
