Unique solutions

Coor has substantial experience and in-depth competence in postal management and services within the line and centrally in support operations. When designing solutions, we tailor our service completely to our customers' needs and circumstances.

New needs demand new solutions

The circumstances of the mail management business have transformed radically over the past ten years. E-mail has largely replaced postal communication, and now, most items sent by mail are advertising. Our working methods have also changed, with the trend from individual offices or open-plan offices with fixed work places to flexible office solutions with mobile workspaces. This implies completely new conditions for managing postal and mail items.
Coor SmartFlow—the post and freight management of the future.

To rationalize postal services and address the challenges that altered working methods imply, Coor has developed a new, state-of-the-art post solution—Coor Smart Flow. Smart Flow builds on assigning a unique code to each incoming item that is linked to the recipient, who is then notified by e-mail or text. The recipient picks up the item from a central delivery point. Service users can change these delivery points themselves on our web-based system, or appoint a temporary recipient when absent. On this system, service users can also set options such as deselecting advertising or changing a forwarding address.

Coor SmartFlow—mail solution for agile people

Coor SmartFlow means the customer’s fixed costs reduce because the number of mail points decreases, and service users get more individual options to determine how and which items they want delivered. Because all items are registered in the system, security also improves. Smart Flow can also integrate into Coor’s freight tracking system, bringing full control and traceability to all incoming items end to end, right until the recipient has received the item and signed for it.

Coor has implemented Smart Flow at several of our offices in Sweden and Norway, with great results. If you want to discuss how Smart Flow can rationalize your postal service, just get in touch!
