In today’s society people become more flexible and procedures more digitalized. Affecting all organizations. With flexible office solutions and teleworking postal services can become problematic. Coor has developed an atomized system: Coor SmartFlow making postal services and package management adaptable for the modern office.
A digital and agile society puts new demands on office solutions, here at Coor we aim to meet these new demands by developing new, smart solutions for the smart office. Coor SmartFlow is a modern postal service solution meaning the recipient is able to attain packages at a delivery point of their choosing.
Coor has introduced Coor SmartFlow for numerous customers in the Nordic, with excellent results. A total of 50 000 people is using this service.
How SmartFlow works:
- All incoming parcels and packages are recorded and linked to their recipient on arrival using a unique code.
- Items are then distributed to the delivery point or address the recipient has designated. Simultaneously an e-mail or text message is sent to notify the recipient of the arrival.
- Every recipient can choose a delivery point to which their mail should be sent using a personalized web portal.
- The recipient can select whether they want to block certain items, for instance advertisement.
