Coor acquires Centrumstäd

Coor today signed an agreement relating to the acquisition of Centrumstäd, a reputable cleaning services provider in Scania in southern Sweden. Centrumstäd was founded in 1992, and the company currently has 150 employees with annual sales of some SEK 50 million. The acquisition strengthens Coor’s cleaning organization in southern Sweden and creates the right conditions for continued expansion in the region.

The purchase consideration (on a cash and debt free basis) amounts to some SEK 32 million, corresponding to an EV/EBITA multiple of approximately 5.2x in relation to current EBITA. The acquisition is financed entirely within the framework of Coor’s existing financing.

“I am delighted to welcome our new colleagues and customers to Coor. Centrumstäd is a well-run and established company that complements and strengthens our cleaning operations in southern Sweden,” commented AnnaCarin Grandin, CEO and President of Coor.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the beginning of May 2022.
